My name is Charlotte Rosenkranz.  I am an experienced educator, instructional designer, and eLearning developer based in Northern Georgia. I am currently seeking a remote instructional designer role with an organization that values learner-centered training solutions.

 

Throughout my career, I have specialized in designing and developing learning materials that lead to measurable performance improvement. I have worked closely with  stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning gaps and create strategic training solutions. These solutions may include eLearning courses, instructor-led training (ILT), technical workbooks, hands-on scenario based training and more.

 

I am passionate about transforming complex content into clear learning objectives and creating truly egaging training materials. My design philosophy focuses on reducing visual clutter and cognitive overload, a valued skill in today's flashy design world.

 

In addition to my design expertise, I am skilled at managing multiple projects concurrently, working successfully with a team, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training materials. I understand that clear communication is essential for an effective working relationship.

 

I possess extensive knowledge of adult learning theory, ADDIE, agile development methodologies, and accessibility and design principles. I am proficient in a variety of development tools, including Articulate Storyline, Canva, Moodle, Thinkific, Canvas and Adobe Creative Cloud.
